Golf Open Competitions
We host various golf open competitions throughout the year at The Oaks, which are all seen as great value for money. First of all we offer coffee and a bacon bap on arrival, then 18 holes of golf, followed by a two course meal after play, as well as prize vouchers for the top teams.
All of our opens are run in a fourball am am stableford format. Entry fees are £40 per person, making them excellent value. Members are able to enter these for a reduced rate. Our pinnacle event is the Oaks Pro Am which takes place in May every year. This consists of 3 amateurs and one professional, and is priced at £80 per person.

The Course Handicap Limits for our Open events are 28 for men and 36 for ladies. Each golfer playing must have a fully established handicap of 20 or more cards, and must have returned a minimum of 3 handicap qualifying scorecards within the year prior to the event. This rule also applies for EG i-golfers.
